Annual Study of Workforce Training Needs. By January 15th of each year the Plant Training Committee shall complete a plan (Plan) to meet the expected training needs of the workforce over the term of the Agreement, given the Commitments outlined in Paragraph 1 above. Such Plan shall include Findings and Recommendations as described below.
