Annual Summary Statement. Within ninety (90) days of the end of each fiscal year, commencing December 31, 2002, the Servicer shall prepare and provide to each Trustee, each Swap Counterparty and each Rating Agency a cumulative summary of the information required to be included in the Monthly Reports for the Collection Periods ending during the immediately preceding calendar year.
Annual Summary Statement. On or prior to August 31 of each year, commencing August 31, 2002, the Servicer shall prepare and provide to the Indenture Trustee, and each Rating Agency, a cumulative summary of the information required to be included in the Monthly Reports for the Collection Periods ending during the immediately preceding fiscal year.
