Anonymity of Appeals. In the event that the Organization desires to appeal a decision made by the Certification Authority by invoking the appeals process defined in the Accreditation Policy, and wishes the appeal to be anonymous, the Certification Authority will facilitate an anonymous review on behalf of the Organization. The Organization is responsible for maintaining its anonymity in all material submitted to the Certification Authority in support of its appeal.

  • Notice of Appeal In the event that an employee who has been laid off out of seniority order believes the decision based upon performance and/or qualifications is incorrect, the employee may request that the Association appeal the Sheriff’s determination.
