Anonymous Items. No item from any anonymous source may be placed in the personnel file. Any item(s) detrimental to an employee's employment status and which are without substance, no longer pertinent, or otherwise inappropriate may be removed from the employee's personnel file upon request by the employee to the Superintendent, provided that the Superintendent's refusal to do so may be subject to the grievance procedure.
