Antenna. Provided Lessor shall have the continued ability to lawfully allow other tenants or itself the right to install roof top antennas or other communication devices, Lessee shall have the right to install, at its sole cost and expense, one (1) antenna on the roof of the Building, which antenna shall not exceed ten (10’) feet in height, said antenna to not display any name, logo or identity, and to be installed in compliance with any and all necessary governmental approvals. Lessee shall be responsible for any damage caused to Lessor’s Building in connection with said antenna and indemnifies and holds Lessor harmless from all direct and indirect costs, expenses, and claims resulting therefrom. Lessor shall designate a satisfactory Building location, method of annexation and installer for said antenna. Lessee agrees not to interfere with other radio transmission or reception equipment properly located at the Building. If Lessee should cause such interference, Lessee shall cease its operation and, at its sole cost and expense, immediately take the necessary and appropriate action to eliminate and correct such interference before resuming operation. Such corrective action may include, but not be limited to, Lessor’s relocation of the antenna and any related equipment, the cost of which Lessee shall pay to Lessor, as Additional Rent, within ten (10) days of Lessee’s receipt of a xxxx therefor. Upon the expiration or sooner termination of the Term of this Lease, Lessee, at Lessor’s option, shall remove said antenna and repair all injury done by or in connection with the installation or removal of said antenna.

Lessor shall designate a satisfactory Building location, method of annexation and installer for said antennaantennas. Antenna. Provided Lessor Tenant shall have the continued ability to lawfully allow other tenants or itself the right to install roof top antennas or other communication devices, Lessee shall have the non-exclusive right to install, at its Tenant's sole cost and expensecost, one a non-penetrating satellite dish or telecommunications antenna (1the "Antenna") antenna on the roof of the Building, which antenna . The location of such Antenna shall not exceed ten (10’) feet be determined by Landlord in height, said antenna Landlord's sole discretion. Landlord may require Tenant to not display remove the Antenna and/or re-install and relocate it in a different area of the roof at any name, logo or identitytime, and to Tenant shall thereafter remove and re-install such Antenna at Tenant's cost. If required by Landlord, Tenant shall, at Tenant's cost, screen the Antenna from view in a manner reasonably provided by Landlord. The installation, maintenance, repair and replacement of the Antenna shall be installed in compliance accordance with all laws, rules and regulations. Tenant shall indemnify, defend and hold Landlord and its tenants, invitees, representatives and agents harmless for, from and against any and all necessary governmental approvals. Lessee shall be responsible for damages suffered by the same arising out of or related to any such installation, repair, maintenance or replacement by Tenant (including, without limitation, damage caused to Lessor’s Building in connection with said antenna and indemnifies and holds Lessor harmless from all direct and indirect costs, expenses, and claims resulting therefrom. Lessor shall designate a satisfactory Building location, method of annexation and installer for said antenna. Lessee agrees not to interfere with other radio transmission the roof or reception equipment properly located at the Building.
