Anthology. Anthology will implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure an appropriate level of security to protect Customer Data which may include Personal Information. The specific security measures applicable to Customer Data are further described in Annex B of the DPA.
Anthology. Anthology will, in the operation of its business, remain in compliance with all applicable law and regulations. Anthology shall comply with all laws applicable to Anthology’s provision of the Anthology SaaS to the extent applicable to its performance of its obligations in the UK under this Agreement. However, Anthology is not responsible for compliance with laws or regulations applicable to Customer or Customer’s industry that are not generally applicable to information technology service providers. Anthology does not determine whether Customer Data or content includes information subject to any specific law or regulation. Customer must comply with all laws and regulations applicable to its use of Anthology SaaS (if applicable), including laws related to privacy, data protection and confidentiality of communications. Customer is responsible for determining whether the Anthology SaaS is appropriate for storage and processing of Customer Data subject to any specific law or regulation.
