ANTI-HARASSMENT, NON-DISCRIMINATION AND INCLUSION POLICY. Manager shall establish and implement an anti-harassment, non-discrimination and inclusion policy in the workplace consistent with federal, State and local laws and shall conduct an annual review and update of the policy. Manager shall provide the policy to all employees and its Board of Directors and shall certify that each employee and member of its Board of Directors has received and reviewed the policy by requiring each individual’s signature.
