Anticipated Openings. A listing of anticipated openings with instructions for 29 submitting applications for such openings, including any pertinent information 30 regarding the positions, shall be posted at each school site at which openings are 31 expected to occur unless all teachers at a participating school have already been 32 assigned to work beyond the normal 196 day work year and the normal 7.6 hour 33 work day.
