Extension of Time Limit. 4.1. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary specified in this Schedule-G, if the nature and extent of any defect or deficiency justifies more time for its repair or rectification than the time specified herein, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to additional time in conformity with Good Industry Practice. Such additional time shall be determined by the IE&A and conveyed to the Concessionaire and the Authority with reasons thereof.
Extension of Time Limit. Extension of Time Limit. Any time limit or stage of procedure in this rule may be waived for good cause and with the consent of both parties.

Any delay attributed to GUJARAT BIOTECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITY shall be compensated only by way of extending the limit.

Extension of Time Limit. The Adjutant General may extend the appeal time limit when the employee indicates that they were not notified of the time limit or were otherwise not aware of it, or that circumstances beyond their control prevented the submission of the appeal within the time limit.
