AoA Use. The programs listed in section A-1 where there is a “D” in the column entitled “AoA Use” are limited-use licenses that may only be used solely for the Vermont Service Oriented Architecture – Infrastructure Components Project to support AHS’ technical infrastructure and business applications in order to support the provision of services for Vermont’s Human Services functions by you, the State of Vermont Agency of Administration (AoA), and the following AoA departments (collectively, the “Authorized Users of the AoA Use programs”): the Department of Finance and Management; the Department of Buildings and General Services, Department of Human Resources (DHR); the Department of Information and Innovation (DII); the Department of Libraries, and the Department of Taxes. You warrant and represent that you have the full legal authority to bind the Authorized Users of the AoA Use programs to the terms and conditions of this ordering document and agreement, and that you shall be responsible for any breach by such Authorized Users of the AoA Use programs.”

  • Proper Use The performance of Covered Hardware when operated in corrosive environments, or in conditions, or in a manner, outside of the Specifications including Seller’s site requirements found in the Documentation or not in accordance with its Documentation may have their performance adversely affected, and are therefore not guaranteed hereunder. The Purchaser agrees to use the Covered Hardware in a safe and reasonable manner pursuant to the Documentation and the Original Terms.

  • Fair Use For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Agreement shall restrict or limit either Party’s right to make any use of any term or trademark that constitutes fair use under Applicable Law or factual use for historical or reference purposes.

  • SINGLE-USE PRODUCTS The Board of County Commissioners has established a single-use products and plastic bags policy intended to reduce the use of products which have become globally recognized as having lasting negative impacts on the environment. Neither single-use products nor plastic bags may be sold or disbursed on County property by staff or contracted vendors, except as set forth in Orange County Administrative Regulation 9.01.03. Failure to comply with the Regulation may result in termination of the contract or other contractual remedies, and may affect future contracting with the County. The use of reusable, recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable materials is encouraged.

  • Single User License A Single-User license is for a named individual who is identified as the only Authorized User. This user is not permitted to re-assign, transfer, or sublicense the software, except as described in Section 5, Transfer. This user may install and use the software on up to three computers, as long as the single-user Customer is the sole user of the software. If the computer on which this Software is loaded is attached to a network, this Software must not be accessible by any other user on such network. Single-user licenses may not be installed or used in a virtualized environment in order to or in a manner that circumvents the single user license type.

  • Public Use Concessionaire’s operation and this Agreement shall not be construed so as to affect the privileges accorded to the public’s use of the Area, or to restrain or prevent individual persons or groups of persons from bringing their own food and beverages into the Area.

  • Business Use Coverage is provided if the BUSINESS USE surcharge has been paid as specified on YOUR DECLARATION PAGE. Eligibility is limited to the following: cars, trucks and vans used for route sales, inspections, maintenance, repair, landscaping, carrying tools to a job site and eligible vehicles owned by religious / charitable organizations.
