Single User License definition

Single User License means a license granted under this XXXX to the Licensee to permit one Authorized User to use Software downloaded by Licensee.
Single User License means that Client shall be prohibited from competing with SolutionX by sub-licensing or reselling the Unity Platform, source code, or any derivative thereof to any other person or company within the Direct Selling industry.
Single User License refers to a license to use a Product by one person. The same person can use the respective access credentials on multiple devices that meet the requirements of the Service Specification. The use of a Single-User License is only allowed and possible on one device at a time. If Customer wishes to use the respective Product by more than one person at the same time, the Customer has to acquire a team license, multiple Single-User License or an IP Access.

Examples of Single User License in a sentence

  • The Executive agrees that this Agreement replaces (supersedes) all other previous Transitional Employment Agreements as of June 2000.

  • Client shall exercise its option to purchase a Single User License by providing written notice to iCentris and tendering to iCentris the Purchase Price.

  • Unless or until Client purchases a Single User License, upon written request from Client with reasonable advance notice to iCentris, iCentris, will provide no less than one (1) iCentris employee or consultant of iCentris’ choice for assistance at up to two (2) Client events per calendar year within the continental United States.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, for a period of six (6) calendar months thereafter, iCentris will provide reasonable assistance to Client’s technical personnel in the course of Client’s installation, configuration, testing and operation of the Unity Platform pursuant to the acquired Single User License, on a Second Level Technical Support basis, at the hourly rates listed in Exhibit C.

  • Until Client purchases a Single User License, iCentris will make Subscriber websites available to internet users according to the Service Level Agreement set forth in Exhibit D.

  • If Client elects to purchase a Single User License, then, in such event, Client shall pay to iCentris an amount equal to *** United States Dollars ($***) plus (in all cases other than if Client is terminating the Agreement pursuant to Sections 20.3, 20.4, or 20.5) the total aggregate Licensure Fee outstanding for the remainder of the Initial Term (the “Purchase Price”).

  • At any time during the Term, Client may purchase a Single User License pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • At the moment of its appointment the commission takes the following measures: publish in the official press organs at the location of the Company a statement on its liquidation and the period for its creditors to present claims.

  • Upon electing to purchase the Single User License, iCentris shall no longer provide the Base Development Staff.

  • In the event Client purchases a Single User License and thereafter at any point ceases business operations, then, in such event, the Single User License shall automatically and immediately be revoked and Client shall completely destroy the Unity Source Code and all documents related thereto, provided that Client may keep an archival copy for the purpose of prosecuting or defending litigation arising during the winding up and liquidation of Client’s business.


More Definitions of Single User License

Single User License means License applicable to use by a single authorized end-user license Multi-site License: means License applicable to multiple users from one corporate entity, which could be in various locations and countries. Market Research Partner License (MRPL): means a license to multiple users within Customer's company, regardless of location, and one other company of the Customer's choosing. For example, suppose TECHCET's Critical Materials Report™ (CMR) on Electronic Gases is purchased with an MRPL license by Customer. In that case, Customer may share the CMR report with anyone within their company and share any of the CMR content with one other company of their choosing, with appropriate sources identified therein.
Single User License means the license rights granted pursuant to Section 2.b. of this License Agreement.

Single User License means a license that is valid for one single installation on one single computer only.

Related to Single User License

  • Single-state license means a nurse license issued by a party state that authorizes practice only within the issuing state and does not include a multistate licensure privilege to practice in any other party state.

  • Single use means products or items that are intended for one-time, one-person use and are disposed of after use on each client, including cotton swabs or balls, tissues or paper products, paper or plastic cups, gauze and sanitary coverings, razors, piercing needles, scalpel blades, stencils, ink cups, and protective gloves.

  • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • License Elements means the following high-level license attributes as selected by Licensor and indicated in the title of this License: Attribution, ShareAlike.

  • License Type means the identification of whether the license for a Software Product is for a Perpetual Term or Subscription Term as specified in the Quote.

  • License Key means a unique key-code that enables Licensee to run Software subject to the obtained User Pack.

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Sublicense means any agreement to Sublicense.

  • Permitted User means a person other than an employee of the Company who is authorized by the Company pursuant to and in accordance with Section 2.1(a)(ii) and all applicable Documentation to access and use one or more specific Component Systems.

  • Sublicense Agreement means any agreement or arrangement pursuant to which Licensee (or an Affiliate or Sublicensee) grants to any third party any of the license rights granted to the Licensee under the Agreement.

  • License means any certificate, license, permit or grant of permission required by the laws of this state, its political subdivisions or instrumentalities as a condition for the lawful practice of any occupation, employment, trade, vocation, business, or profession. Provided, however, that "license" shall not, for the purposes of this article, include any license or permit to own, possess, carry, or fire any explosive, pistol, handgun, rifle, shotgun, or other firearm.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.
