APARTMENT TRANSFER. To qualify to transfer to another apartment and/or room, Lessee must be in compliance with this Lease Agreement and must complete a Xxxxx Xxxx Apartment Transfer Request Form which is subject to approval by the Lessor. Prior to scheduling an approved transfer, Lessor will assess a transfer fee as defined in the Transfer Request Form, payable immediately. If Lessee owes rent or other charges with regard to Xxxxxx’s Apartment, such rent and other charges shall be immediately due.

APARTMENT TRANSFER. If you wish to transfer from one apartment to another, please contact your property manager.
APARTMENT TRANSFER. The TENANT may request an apartment transfer that will be considered, and exceptions may be made at the discretion of Student Housing and Dining Services.
APARTMENT TRANSFER. In order to qualify to transfer to another Apartment, Lessee must be in compliance with this Lease Agreement and must complete a Xxxxx Xxxx Apartment Transfer Request Form. Lessor will assess a transfer fee of $75 for a transfer from a shared apartment bedroom into another shared apartment bedroom. Lessor will assess a transfer fee of $150 up to $200 to be paid with return of the Transfer Request Agreement. No transfer shall be permitted unless a replacement unit is available. If Lessee owes rent or other charges with regard to Lessee’s Apartment, such rent and other charges shall be immediately due.

  • Assignment/Transfer The Credit (or a portion thereof as earned) under this Agreement may be assigned to an “Affiliated Corporation” in accordance with RTC section 23663. As stated in RTC section 23689(i)(1), this Agreement shall not restrict, broaden, or alter the ability of Taxpayer to assign the Credit in accordance with RTC section 23663. In order to transfer this Agreement as a result of a sale or merger, prior written consent of GO- Biz must be obtained or the transfer will be void. Such transfer shall be permitted if GO-Biz determines that the transfer would further the purposes of the CCTC program and benefit California. Prior to GO-Biz consenting to the transfer, the new entity must disclose to GO-Biz the number of California full-time employees it employed at the time of acquisition or merger and any other information GO-Biz requests that applicants for a CCTC provide pursuant to a CCTC application.

  • Permanent Transfers (a) If an employee is transferred or reclassified to a higher rated job group, he shall receive the rate immediately above the rate of his prior job in the salary range of the job to which he is transferred. Job seniority for pay purposes shall date from the date the transfer becomes effective.

  • Split Transactions You can instruct a merchant to charge your Card for part of a purchase and pay any remaining amount with cash or another card. This is called a “split transaction.” Some merchants do not permit split transactions. If you wish to conduct a split transaction, you must tell the merchant the exact amount you would like charged to your Card. If you fail to inform the merchant you would like to complete a split transaction and you do not have sufficient available funds in your Account to cover the entire purchase amount, your Card is likely to be declined.
