Appeal of Charges. The Resident may contest or appeal charges in writing to University Housing to include name, student ID, and an explanation of charges to be removed. All appeals for charges must be received within 30 days of the damage billing communication.‌

Appeal of Charges. School and District agree they will attempt to resolve disagreements over invoice charges as stipulated in Articles 5.5 or 6.3 (whichever applicable). School may also formally appeal any of District’s charges that are invoiced or reported to School by providing written notice to an appointed designee within the Office of the Superintendent of such appeal within 30 days of receipt of the invoice or report. The written notice shall specify the basis for the appeal, such as service deficiency or inaccurate accounting. Within 30 days of receipt of the appeal, the District shall evaluate the claim and issue a written resolution. If a refund of funds to School is called for in the resolution, District shall process said refund within 30 days of receipt of the appeal. If School is designated “Arm-of-District” in Article 3.1, said resolution shall be final. If School is designated “Formed as Nonprofit Corporation” in Article 3.1, School and District may enter into non-binding mediation with a mutually acceptable third party. Cost of such mediation shall be born equally by both parties.

  • Appeal of Discipline Permanent unit members who are deprived of salary or other loss in compensation or property rights as a result of the imposed discipline may appeal the disciplinary decision under Article XXI, Section 21.3.5, Arbitration, of the Grievance Procedure.   • Withdrawal of Consent The Participant understands that the Participant is providing the consents herein on a purely voluntary basis. If the Participant does not consent, or if the Participant later seeks to revoke the Participant’s consent, the Participant’s employment status or service and career with the Employer will not be adversely affected; the only consequence of the Participant’s refusing or withdrawing the Participant’s consent is that the Company would not be able to grant RSUs or other equity awards to the Participant or administer or maintain such awards. Therefore, the Participant understands that refusing or withdrawing the Participant’s consent may affect the Participant’s ability to participate in the Plan. For more information on the consequences of Participant’s refusal to consent or withdrawal of consent, the Participant understands that the Participant may contact the Participant’s local human resources representative.

  • DENIAL OF ACCESS If rent is not paid within days of the monthly due date, Owner may without notice deny the Occupant access to the property located in the self storage facility. Access will be denied to any party other than the tenant unless said party retains gate code and key to lock on Space or has supplied Owner with written authorization from the tenant to enter the Space. Occupant's access to the facility may also be conditioned in any manner deemed reasonably necessary by Owner to maintain order on the premises. Such measures may include, but are not limited to, restricting hours of operation, requiring verification of occupant's identity and inspecting vehicles that enter the premises. Additionally, if Occupant is renting more than one Space at any given time, default on one rented Space shall constitute default on all rented Spaces, entitling Owner to deny access to Occupant to all rented Spaces.

  • Modification and Withdrawal of Tenders 2.19.1 The tenderer may modify or withdraw its tender after the tender’s submission, provided that written notice of the modification, including substitution or withdrawal of the tenders, is received by the Procuring Entity prior to the deadline prescribed for submission of tenders.

  • Removal of Contents Materials shown to be contrary to fact shall be removed from the file. This section shall not authorize the removal of materials from the evaluation file when there is a dispute concerning a matter of judgment or opinion rather than fact. Materials may also be removed pursuant to the resolution of a grievance.

  • Denial of Grievance Failure by the School Board or its representative to issue a decision within the time periods provided herein shall constitute a denial of the grievance and the employee may appeal it to the next level.
