15.6.2 Within ten (10) work days of the receipt of the notice of suspension, the Association may appeal a suspension by the Superintendent to arbitration according to ArticleArticle 6. A record of the hearing before the arbitrator shall be made by the District through electronic recordation, or, if mutually agreed by both parties, a court reporter’s transcription shall be utilized. The arbitrator shall provide a written decision within twenty (20) work days of the completion of the hearing.
