Common use of Appeal to the City Manager Clause in Contracts

The decision of the Division Manager or Department Director may be appealed to the City Manager within fifteen (15) days after the Division Manager’s or Department Director's decision is rendered. Upon receiving such an appeal, the City Manager shall proceed in the same manner as outlined in Appeal Procedures.
