In cases in which the member disputes the results of the evaluation, s/he may appeal in writing within 10 working days of its receipt to the appropriate Xxxx, who will investigate and make a decision within 10 further working days. If the member disputes the Xxxx’x decision, a grievance may be filed directly at Step 3.
