Appeals Process for PDA Disputes. 7.4.4.1 Disputes regarding the development of the PDP or approval of a PDA shall be submitted to the Professional Development Committee for advice and recommendation. Said recommendation will be returned to the faculty member and appropriate administrator. If necessary, final resolution will be handled by the Vice President for Instruction or designee.
