Appearance Regarding County Duty. Whenever a permanent employee is subpoenaed to appear in court for any reason pertaining to their regular County duties, they shall receive their regular County salary for such court appearance. Such court appearance shall be counted as hours worked by them and as part of their regular work week. Such employee shall make payable to the County any fee which they receive for serving as a witness.
