APPLICABILITY OF THESE TERMS. 2.1 The terms and conditions of this Agreement apply to your use of the Software which is supplied in conjunction with the JCurve Subscription Agreement located at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx/xxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxx/. We may make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time. If we do, we will notify you in writing before they take effect. Your continued use of the Software and/or payment of further Fees and Expenses due after the date we notify you of a change is deemed acceptance of those changes. If you do not want to accept the changes, you are entitled to terminate this Agreement by written notice to us within 30 days of receiving notice of the relevant changes.

These Terms apply to Customer’s use of all services offered by TPCS (“Tele-Xxxxxx Call Services”), TPCS’s website located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx/ (“Tele-Xxxxxx Call Services”), and any smartphone apps offered by TPCS, regardless of where such apps were obtained by Customer (“TPCS Apps”). In these Terms, the Tele-Xxxxxx Call Services, Tele-Xxxxxx Call Services and TPCS Apps are collectively referred to as “TPCS Offerings.” TPCS may from time to time change these Terms, and any other terms or conditions appearing on the Tele-Xxxxxx Call Services that may be referred to in these Terms, in accordance with Section 7.
APPLICABILITY OF THESE TERMS. The Agreement and these specific Terms shall at all times govern and apply to the Playermaker API Export, even if you have executed or signed another agreement with Playermaker, which limits the applicability of these Terms to you through an “Entire Agreement” or similar clause. To the extent of any conflict or inconsistency between the Agreement and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail in relation to the Playermaker API Export.
