Applicable Laws and Dispute Settlement. Unless otherwise agreed by parties concerned, the Agreement and single agreement shall be governed by laws of the People’s Republic of China. Unless otherwise agreed by parties concerned, upon the coming into force of the Agreement and single agreement, any and all disputes arising from or in connection with the execution and performance of the Agreement and single agreement shall be subject to negotiation between both parties, failing which any party hereto may solve the dispute under question by the 2 manner mentioned below:
