Waive. Any waiver of any term or condition of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of any other breach of such term or condition, or of any other term or condition, nor shall any failure to enforce a provision hereof operate as a waiver of such provisions or of any other provision hereof.
Waive. LANDLORD'S failure to require compliance with the conditions of this AGREEMENT, or to exercise any right provided herein, shall not be deemed a waiver by LANDLORD of such condition or right. Any timely waive of a right or power shall not be construed, in any event, as waive of or limitation to rights or powers and any other events.
