Application and Modification of Rules and Procedures. Any time period or other rules and procedures for arbitration panels provided for in this Title, including the Rules of Procedure referred to in Article 49, may be modified by mutual consent of the Parties. The Parties may also agree at any time not to apply any provision of this Title.
