APPLICATION AND PARTIES BOUND. 5.1 The parties bound by this General Agreement are the agencies listed in Schedule A and the unions party to this General Agreement listed in Schedule B. 5.2 This General Agreement shall apply to all employees in Western Australia who are members of or eligible to be members of the unions party to this General Agreement. At the date of registration, the approximate number of employees bound by the General Agreement is 3,933. 5.3 This General Agreement is in substitution for any District Allowance provision contained in any award or agreement to which the named respondents in Schedule A and B of this General Agreement are bound.
