APPLICATION AND PARTIES BOUND. 5.1. The parties bound by the General Agreement are the Unions and the Employer. 5.2. The General Agreement shall apply to all Employees who are members of or eligible to be members of the Unions and/or covered by the Award. As at the date of registration the approximate number of Employees covered by this Agreement is 180. 5.3. The General Agreement shall be read in conjunction with the Award. Where the provisions of the Award and the General Agreement are inconsistent, the provisions of the General Agreement shall prevail.
