APPLICATION AND SCOPE. 1.1. This Section sets out the terms and conditions on which BCS will provide the Services referred to in the Terms to the Client where the Client is acting as agent for another person (an ‘Underlying Customer’). Where the Client is dealing as principal (for own account or on a riskless principal basis) this Section shall not apply.
