Application by Principal Paying Agent. The Principal Paying Agent shall apply (or direct or cause application of) each amount paid to it hereunder in accordance with Clause 7 in respect of the Global Ninth Issuer Notes and Definitive Ninth Issuer Notes (if any) and shall not be obliged to repay any such amount other than as provided herein or unless the claim for the relevant payment becomes void under the Conditions in which event it shall repay to the Ninth Issuer such portion of such amount as relates to such payment, together with the fees applicable thereto (pro rata as to the amount and time) to the extent already paid pursuant to Clause 10, by paying the same by credit transfer in euro, sterling or dollars, as the case may be, to such account with such bank as the Ninth Issuer has by notice to the Principal Paying Agent specified for the purpose.
Application by Principal Paying Agent. The Principal Paying Agent shall apply each amount paid to it hereunder in accordance with Clause 7 (Payments to Noteholders) and shall not be obliged to repay any such amount unless the claim for the relevant payment becomes void under Condition 14 (Prescription) or otherwise ceases in accordance with the Conditions, in which event it shall refund at the written request of the Relevant Issuer, or (as the case may be) the Guarantor such portion of such amount as relates to such payment by paying the same by credit transfer to such account with such bank as the Relevant Issuer or (as the case may be) the Guarantor has by notice to the Principal Paying Agent specified for the purpose.
Application by Principal Paying Agent. The Principal Paying Agent shall (and is hereby authorised by the Issuer to) apply each amount paid to an Account in accordance with Clause 8 and shall not be obliged to repay to the Issuer any such amount unless the claim for the relevant payment becomes void under the prescription provision in the Condition 5, in which event it, subject to Clause 8 of the Principal Trust Deed, shall refund to the Issuer or pursuant to its order such portion of such amount as relates to such payment by paying the same by credit transfer in the Specified Currency to such account as the Issuer by notice to the Principal Paying Agent specifies for the purpose.
Application by Principal Paying Agent. The Principal Paying Agent shall apply each amount paid to it hereunder in accordance with Clause 7 (Payments to Bondholders) and shall not be obliged to repay any such amount unless the claim for the relevant payment becomes void under Condition 9 (Prescription), in which event it shall refund at the written request of the Issuer such portion of such amount as relates to such payment by paying the same by credit transfer in Sterling to such account with such bank in London as the Issuer has by notice to the Principal Paying Agent specified for the purpose.
Application by Principal Paying Agent. The Principal Paying Agent shall apply (or direct or cause application of) each amount paid to it hereunder in accordance with Clause 7 in respect of the Global Master Issuer Notes and Definitive Notes (if any) and shall not be obliged to repay any such amount other than as provided herein or unless the claim for the relevant payment becomes void under the Conditions in which event it shall repay to the Master Issuer such portion of such amount as relates to such payment, together with the fees applicable thereto (pro rata as to the amount and time) to the extent already paid pursuant to Clause 10, by paying the same by credit transfer in the Specified Currency, to such account with such bank as the Master Issuer has by notice to the Principal Paying Agent specified for the purpose.
Application by Principal Paying Agent. The Principal Paying Agent shall (and is hereby authorised by the Issuer to) apply each amount paid to the Lender Account in accordance with Clause 6 and shall not be obliged to repay to the Issuer any such amount unless the claim for the relevant payment becomes void under Condition 9, in which event it shall refund to the Issuer or pursuant to its order such portion of such amount as relates to such payment by paying the same by credit transfer in U.S. Dollars to such account with such bank in New York City as the Issuer by notice to the Principal Paying Agent specifies for the purpose.
Application by Principal Paying Agent. The Principal Paying Agent shall apply (or direct or cause the application of) each amount paid to it under this Clause 6 (Payments to the Principal Paying Agent) in accordance with Clause 7 (Payments to Note Certificate Holders) in respect of the Note Certificates (if any) and shall not be obliged to repay any such amount other than as provided herein or unless the claim for the relevant payment becomes void under the Conditions and in particular Condition 12 (Prescription) in which event it shall repay to the Issuer such portion of such amount as relates to such payment by paying the same by credit transfer into such account with such bank as the Issuer has by notice to the Principal Paying Agent specified for the purpose.
Application by Principal Paying Agent. The Principal Paying Agent shall (and is hereby authorised by the Issuer to) apply in accordance with Clause 8 (Payments to Noteholders) each amount paid to the Account and shall not be obliged to repay to the Issuer any such amount unless the claim for the relevant payment becomes void under Condition 8 (Prescription), in which event it shall refund at the written request of the Issuer or pursuant to its order such portion of such amount as relates to such payment by paying the same by credit transfer in U.S. dollars to such account with such bank in New York as the Issuer has by notice to the Principal Paying Agent specified for the purpose. The Issuer shall refund to the Borrower such amounts so received by the Issuer from the Principal Paying Agent by paying the same by credit transfer in U.S. dollars to such account with such bank as the Borrower has by written notice to the Issuer specified for such purpose.

The Principal Paying Agent shall apply (or direct or cause application of) each amount paid to it hereunder in accordance with Clause 7 in respect of the Global Notes and Definitive Notes (if any) and shall not be obliged to repay any such amount other than as provided herein or unless the claim for the relevant payment becomes void under the Conditions in which event it shall repay to the Issuer such portion of such amount as relates to such payment, together with the fees applicable thereto (pro rata as to the amount and time) to the extent already paid pursuant to Clause 10, by paying the same by credit transfer in sterling, dollars or euro, as the case may be, to such account with such bank as the Issuer has by notice to the Principal Paying Agent specified for the purpose.
Application by Principal Paying Agent. The Principal Paying Agent shall apply each amount paid to it hereunder in accordance with Clause 8 (Payments to Noteholders) and shall not be obliged to repay any such amount unless the claim for the relevant payment becomes void under Condition 13 (Prescription) or otherwise ceases in accordance with the Conditions, in which event it shall refund at the written request of the Issuer (failing whom the Guarantors) forthwith such portion of such amount as relates to such payment by paying the same by electronic transfer to such account with such bank as the Issuer (failing whom the Guarantors) has by notice to the Principal Paying Agent specified for such purpose.
