APPLICATION FOR CONTINUED OCCUPANCY. A. Once each year, or as requested by PCHA, the eligibility status and family income of each Resident residing in the household shall be re-examined. If the head of household, spouse, or sole applicant is 62 years of age or older, or handicapped or disabled, the re-examination shall take place with family households, according to the following procedures:
