APPLICATION FOR CONTINUED OCCUPANCY. A. Once each year, as requested by HACB, the eligibility status and family income of each Resident residing in the household shall be re-examined. If the head of household, spouse, or sole applicant is sixty-two (62) years of age or older, or handicapped or disabled, the re-examination shall take place annually as with family households, according to the following procedures:
