Application For Incentive Fees. Class Counsel may apply to the Court for an award of incentive fees up to $2,500 to the four (4) Class Representatives (Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx XxXxxx) no later than ten (10) days prior to the Fairness Hearing; which is to be paid from the Gross Cash Settlement Amount. Defendants agree not to oppose an application by any Plaintiff or Class Representative that do not exceed $2,500. Failure of the Court to award the requested incentive awards is not a ground to void the Agreement.
