Application for Membership Card. Each new employee when hired by the Employer shall be required to sign an Application for Membership card (supplied by the Union) for the purpose of becoming a Union member and authorizing the Employer to deduct Union dues, initiation fees, fines and assessments in accordance with the Constitution and Bylaws of the Union as a condition of their continued employment within the Bargaining Unit.
