Application for Reinstatement. Application for reinstatement as an employee of the Board shall be made within ninety (90) days after discharge from military service for which leave was granted. Upon evidence of honorable discharge and upon proper application for reinstatement to duty, the employee, subject to passing the physical examination, shall be returned to a position similar but not necessarily the same as the one he left. Application for reinstatement does not apply to anyone with a dishonorable discharge.
