APPLICATION OF ANNEXURE. “Z” Bidders are requested to carefully review the terms and conditions, set forth in Annexure “Z”: Flexible, frame contracts/orders Conditions, attached herewith. All such terms and conditions shall form part of the contract between the IEC and the successful bidder, with respect to the matters, stipulated in the annexure, including: monetary value of the purchase, contract period and extensions thereof, schedule of delivery, quantities to be purchased and IEC’s options to purchase additional quantities.

APPLICATION OF ANNEXURE. This Annexure forms part of the Contract. To the extent of any inconsistency between the terms of this Annexure and any of the other terms of the Contract, the terms of this Annexure prevail.

  • Interpretation of Annexes 1. Where a disputing Party asserts as a defense that the measure alleged to be a breach is within the scope of a reservation or exception set out in Annex I or Annex II, upon request of the disputing Party, the Tribunal shall request the interpretation of the Commission on the issue. The Commission, within 60 days of delivery of the request, shall submit in writing its interpretation to the Tribunal.

  • Application of Payment The monthly housing assistance payment shall be credited against the monthly rent to owner for the contract unit.
