QUANTITIES TO BE PURCHASED. Subject to the Purchaser’s obligation to purchase Goods and/or Services in the quantities specified in paragraph 2.1, above:
4.1. In the event that the Goods and/or Services consist of various, non-identical items, the Purchaser shall have a right to purchase some of the items and not the others.
4.2. IEC reserves the right, prior to proceeding to the second (pricing) stage of the abovementioned tender, to modify or update the quantities.
