Application of Comp Time. Except as otherwise provided in this section, an employee who works compensable overtime shall be paid or given compensatory time off at the discretion of Court management for such compensable overtime at the rate equal to one and one-half times the hourly equivalent of such employee's monthly salary as of the time that the overtime was worked.

The refusal of a prior landlord to give a reference, or a negative reference, may be grounds for rejection. In the case of first-time renters, or applicants without prior rental history, this requirement may be varied subject to additional requirements of management. Eviction Filings. Unlawful detainers or evictions within the past five (5) years is a basis for denial of an application.
