APPLICATION OF ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT. 2.1 This Enterprise Agreement (herein known as the Agreement), will apply in respect to all current and future employees who are employed by Overhead Maintenance Services Pty Ltd (referred to in this agreement as ‘the Company’) who are engaged in any occupations specified in the Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Industry Award 1998 (herein known as the Award).
