Application of Modules. If Customer is acting as a Controller with respect to Customer Personal Data, “Module Two: Transfer controller to processor” of the Standard Contractual Clauses shall apply. If Customer is acting as a Processor to a third-party Controller with respect to Customer Personal Data, dmarcian is a sub-Processor and “Module Three: Transfer processor to processor” of the Standard Contractual Clauses shall apply.
