Distribution of Material. A Union-designated employee will have access once per month to the worksite for the purposes of distributing Union information to other bargaining unit employees provided:
A. The employee is on break time or off duty;
B. The distribution does not disrupt the Employer’s operation;
C. The distribution will normally occur via desk drops or mailboxes as determined by the Associate Vice President for Human Resource Services or designee. In those cases where circumstances do not permit distribution by those methods, an alternative method will be mutually agreed upon; and
D. The employee notifies Human Resource Services in advance of their intent to distribute information.
Distribution of Material. An employee will have access to the employee’s worksite for the purposes of distributing Union information to other bargaining unit employees provided:
A. The employee is off duty;
B. The distribution does not disrupt the College’s operation;
C. The distribution will normally occur via desk drops. In those cases where circumstances do not permit distribution by this method, an alternative method will be mutually agreed upon; and
D. Distribution will not occur more than once per month, unless agreed to in advance by the College.
Distribution of Material. A Union-designated employee will have access once per month to their worksite for the purposes of distributing Union information to other bargaining unit employees provided:
A. The employee is on break time or off duty;
B. The distribution does not disrupt the Employer’s operation;
C. The employee will provide reasonable advance notice to the Employer’s designated representative of their intent to distribute information.
D. The distribution will normally occur via desk drops or mailboxes as determined by the Employer’s designated representative. In those cases where circumstances do not permit distribution by those methods, the employee will only distribute information by way of bulletin boards and/or newsstands.
Distribution of Material. An employee will have access to their work site for the purpose of distributing information to other bargaining unit employees provided:
A. The employee is off-duty;
B. The distribution does not disrupt the Employer’s operation; and
C. The distribution will normally occur via desk drops or mailboxes, as determined by the Employer. In those cases where circumstances do not permit distribution by those methods, alternative areas such as newsstands, lunchrooms, break rooms and/or other areas mutually agreed upon will be used.
D. The employee must notify the Employer in advance of their intent to distribute information.
E. Distribution will not occur more than twice per month, unless agreed to in advance by the Employer.
Distribution of Material. The system may not be used to distribute mass unsolicited email containing commercial advertisements via the Internet.
Distribution of Material. All materials to be distributed anywhere shall be identified by source and be signed. During negotiations, at least bi-weekly, a mutually agreed negotiation update shall be sent out by both the board’s negotiation team and SLEA to all interested parties. Such material shall not constitute a per- xxxxx or unfair attack on any individual and shall comply with fair practices. Both parties shall exert effort to enforce this provision and shall publicly disclaim support of any material which is produced in violation of this provision.

A. The employee is on break time or off duty;
B. The distribution does not disrupt the Employer’s operation;
Distribution of Material. Pursuant to United States Postal laws, the school mail is not available for distribution of UTLA material. Material or literature distributed or posted by UTLA to employees shall be dated and shall not be defamatory, obscene, or violative of the law.
Distribution of Material. The Association may distribute to employees within the school building by use of the existing school mailbox facilities, materials dealing with appropriate and legitimate business of the Association, provided, however, that all such material shall be distributed during non-teaching or non-supervisory time for teachers, and non-work time for secretaries and aides. It further provides that no members of the administration or secretarial staff shall be responsible for the preparation, posting, or distribution of materials for the Association, except that bargaining unit secretaries may do so during non-work time.
Distribution of Material. Publisher authorizes GCPS to distribute materials, including graphics, from teacher resource materials for use in GCPS professional development and instructional/assessment databases and communication centers. This material may be distributed and used by GCPS employees only on the GCPS-wide area network for instructional and training purposes only. Classroom use of materials will comply with copyright. Rights for use in these databases may extend beyond the term of the contract.
