Distribution of Material. A Union-designated employee will have access once per month to the worksite for the purposes of distributing Union information to other bargaining unit employees provided: A. The employee is on break time or off duty; B. The distribution does not disrupt the Employer’s operation; C. The distribution will normally occur via desk drops or mailboxes as determined by the Associate Vice President for Human Resource Services or designee. In those cases where circumstances do not permit distribution by those methods, an alternative method will be mutually agreed upon; and D. The employee notifies Human Resource Services in advance of their intent to distribute information.
