Application of price compensation measures. 1. In order to take account of differences in the cost of the agri- cultural raw materials used in the manufacture of the products specified in Table I, the Agreement does not preclude the application of price compensation measures to these products; that is the levying of agricultural components upon import and the granting of export refunds or the granting of refunds, remissions or non-payments, partial or complete of customs duties or charges having an equivalent effect.
