Application of Representations and Warranties. It is understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the representations and warranties of each Subsidiary Borrower in this Section 6.18 shall only be applicable to such Subsidiary Borrower on and after the date of its execution of an Assumption Letter.

It is understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the representations and warranties of each Subsidiary Borrower (other than any Subsidiary Borrower that shall be a Subsidiary Borrower as of the Closing Date) in this Section 6.26 shall only be applicable to such Subsidiary Borrower on and after the date of its execution of an Assumption Letter and, if applicable, an Alternate Currency Addendum. : COVENANTS The Company covenants and agrees that so long as any Revolving Loan Commitments are outstanding and thereafter until payment in full of all of the Obligations (other than contingent indemnity obligations) and termination of all Letters of Credit, unless the Required Lenders shall otherwise give prior written consent:
Application of Representations and Warranties. All representations and warranties in this Agreement:
(a) survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement;
(b) remain in full force and effect for the term of this Agreement; and
(c) are given with the intent that liability under those representations and warranties is not to be confined to breaches discovered prior to the date of this Agreement.
