Application of the Grievance Procedure. This grievance procedure shall be available to all employees covered by this Agreement subject to the following: (a) Concerns regarding performance evaluations may be filed as a grievance and processed only through Step 2 of this procedure. (b) Concerns regarding Health and Safety (Article 30.2 and 30.3) shall be resolved following the provisions of Sections 30.2 and 30.3. (c) Concerns regarding corrective action may be filed as a grievance and processed per the grievability/arbitrability language in Article 20.4.
