Application & Payment. The Standard Level Application process is as described in the Program Documentation. Applicant agrees to submit complete and accurate information during the Application process. Applicants may only submit eligible products and components for certification. An Application Agreement must be in effect for Applicant and Applicant must also authorize payment of the applicable fees in order for MISMO to begin its assessment process. Payment to MISMO must be by credit card or Lock Box deposit.

Application & Payment. To apply for MISMO Certification, the Applicant must submit an Application to MISMO along with all corresponding fees. Payment to MISMO must be by credit card or check. The MISMO Certification process does not begin until a completed Application and corresponding fees have been received by MISMO and this Agreement has been executed by both Applicant and MISMO. Once begun, the Certification process must be completed within one year, as discussed in more detail below.

  • Termination Payment The final payment delivered to the Certificateholders on the Termination Date pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 9.01(b).

  • Consideration Payment 5.1 In consideration of the Company’s Services, the Client shall pay to the Company the Consideration to be stipulated in the Termsheet and all reasonable out of pocket expenses (if any) in accordance with the commercial terms and payment terms as detailed in the Separate Agreement.

The Bill Payment Service Guarantee as it applies to any late payment related charges is void when these types of payments are scheduled and/or processed by the Service. All other research and resolution for any misapplied, mis-posted or misdirected exception payments will be your sole responsibility.

  • Termination Payments In the event of termination of the Executive’s employment during the Employment Period, all compensation and benefits set forth in this Agreement shall terminate except as specifically provided in this Section 8.

  • E-PAYMENT Contractor agrees to accept all payments in United States currency via the State of Mississippi’s electronic payment and remittance vehicle. The agency agrees to make payment in accordance with Mississippi law on “Timely Payments for Purchases by Public Bodies,” which generally provides for payment of undisputed amounts by the agency within forty-five (45) days of receipt of invoice. Mississippi Code Annotated § 31-7-301 et seq.

  • Non-Payment The Borrower or any other Loan Party fails to pay (i) when and as required to be paid herein, any amount of principal of any Loan or any L/C Obligation, or (ii) within three days after the same becomes due, any interest on any Loan or on any L/C Obligation, or any fee due hereunder, or (iii) within five days after the same becomes due, any other amount payable hereunder or under any other Loan Document; or

  • Payment Amount Payment for the Services shall be as follows: (choose one) ☐ - $______________________ for the Services (“Payment”). ☐ - At an hourly rate of $____ per hour (“Payment”). ☐ - Other. ______________________________________________ (“Payment”) If the Subcontractor asserts a claim which involves, in whole or in part, acts or omissions which are the responsibility of the Client or another person for whom a claim may be submitted, including but not limited to, claims for failure to pay, an extension of time, impacts, delay damages, or extra work, the Contractor shall present the Subcontractor's claim to the Client or other responsible party provided the Subcontractor presents to Contractor competent supporting evidence and in sufficient time for the Contractor to do so. The Subcontractor shall cooperate fully with the Contractor in any and all steps the Contractor takes in connection with prosecuting such a claim and shall hold harmless and reimburse the Contractor for all expenses, including legal expenses, incurred by the Contractor which arise out of the Contractor's submission of the Subcontractor's claims to the Client or other responsible party(ies). The Subcontractor shall be bound by any adjudication or award in any action or proceeding resolving such a claim.

  • Commission Payments A. Broker/Dealer shall be entitled to receive a commission based upon premiums received and accepted by the Insurer for Contracts issued pursuant to this Agreement, based on the applicable rate of commission set forth in the Commission Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit 1 which is incorporated herein by reference. Broker/Dealer shall be solely responsible for the payment of any commission or consideration of any kind to Subagents.

  • Compensation & Payment 8.4.1. Should the claim be found proven; settlement is executed only in the form of compensation payment added to the Client trade account.
