Application Process. Applications for sabbatical leaves shall have two parts, the application form and a separate detailed statement of plans showing what is to be undertaken and how these activities are to the professional benefit of the Faculty member and the University. The Faculty member shall complete and submit such application forms as may be required by the Board.
