Applications by Auxiliary Employees. (i) Auxiliary employees shall be eligible to apply for any vacancy posted under this Article and filled on the basis of Article 13.04. Provided always that the qualifications, experience, skill and ability of the auxiliary employee to perform the work in question is equal to that of an external applicant, the auxiliary employee shall receive preference.
