APPLICATIONS SHOULD BE FOUR WEEKS IN ADVANCE. Classified employees who apply for participation in the program are expected to submit an application to attend a program offering at least four (4) weeks in advance for pre-payment purposes and at least two (2) weeks is required for reimbursement purposes.
