If the issue is not resolved informally, the Union may present a written grievance to the Human Resources Office, within the thirty (30) calendar day period described in Subsection 30.2A. • The Appointing Authority or designee will meet (in-person, telephone, or web-conferencing) with a Union representative and the grievant within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of the grievance, unless otherwise extended by mutual agreement of the Employer and the Union, confirmed by email. • The Appointing Authority or designee will respond to the grievance in writing to the Union within fifteen (15) calendar days after the meeting, unless otherwise extended by mutual agreement of the Employer and the Union, confirmed by email.
