Postponement of Cases. Postponement of cases on the agenda of a Joint State Committee will be permitted only once for each party. Notice of a postponement shall be given to the other party by the fastest possible method of communication upon knowledge of the need to postpone. No subsequent postponements by that party will be permitted by the Joint State Committee, unless the Committee Co-Chairpersons mutually agree to issue a Committee postponement.

Postponement of Cases. Neither party shall be entitled to more than one (1) postponement on any given case and there shall be no more than two (2) post- ponements for any reason on any given case, except in the case of proven medical emergency which must be approved by the Union and Company Co-Chairpersons. Notice of request for a postpone- ment shall be given to both Co-Chairs and the opposing party by the fastest possible method of communication upon knowledge of such postponement, preferably within forty-eight (48) hours. Neither party will be allowed to postpone a case after the case is called.
Postponement of Cases. Postponement of cases on the agenda will be permitted only because of physical illness of one or more of the principals involved or other serious reason. Notice of request for postponement shall be given to both Co-Chairmen by the fastest possible method of communication upon knowledge of illness or for other serious reason no later than the scheduled start time of the meeting. A mutual postponement 'shall be permitted provided the parties serve notice upon the Co-Chairmen no later than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the first day of the Committee meeting. No subsequent postponements will be permitted except upon the approval of the Co-Chairmen of the Committee.
Postponement of Cases. Both parties have the right to postpone a case one (1) time. Additional postponements will be permitted only by agreement of both parties. Postponements must be requested at least seven (7) calendar days in advance of the hearing.

  • Postponement The Company shall be entitled once in any twelve-month period to postpone for a reasonable period of time (but not exceeding 90 days) (the "Postponement Period") the filing of any registration statement required to be prepared and filed by it pursuant to this Section 3.1 if the Company determines, in its reasonable judgment, as authorized by a resolution of its Board of Directors, that such registration and offering would materially interfere with any material financing, corporate reorganization or other material transaction involving the Company or any subsidiary, or would require premature disclosure thereof, and promptly gives the Participating Holders written notice of such determination, containing a general statement of the reasons for such postponement and an approximation of the anticipated delay. If the Company shall so postpone the filing of a registration statement, the Majority Participating Holders shall have the right to withdraw the request for registration by giving written notice to the Company at any time during such Postponement Period and, in the event of such withdrawal, such request shall not be counted for purposes of the requests for registration to which the Holders are entitled pursuant to this Section 3.1.

  • Postponement of Closing Date In the event that the Firm Units to which the default relates are to be purchased by the non-defaulting Underwriters, or are to be purchased by another party or parties as aforesaid, the Representative or the Company shall have the right to postpone the Closing Date for a reasonable period, but not in any event exceeding five (5) Business Days, in order to effect whatever changes may thereby be made necessary in the Registration Statement and/or the Prospectus, as the case may be, or in any other documents and arrangements, and the Company agrees to file promptly any amendment to, or to supplement, the Registration Statement and/or the Prospectus, as the case may be, that in the reasonable opinion of counsel for the Underwriters may thereby be made necessary. The term “Underwriter” as used in this Agreement shall include any party substituted under this Section 6 with like effect as if it had originally been a party to this Agreement with respect to such securities.

  • Vacation Postponement If a bargaining unit employee’s vacation becomes due during a period when he/she is on leave due to illness or injury, he/she may request: 1. that his/her vacation date be changed. The District shall grant such request in accordance with vacation dates available at that time. 2. to carry over his/her vacation to the following year. Such request shall be made through submission (within two (2) weeks of the employee’s return to duty) of a written vacation plan to the employee’s supervisor for approval.

  • Meeting Minutes The Secretary of the Council (or the Secretary’s designee) shall be responsible for the minutes of each meeting of the Members and such meeting minutes will be provided to the public no later than thirty (30) days after such meeting minutes are accepted by a majority of the Members.

  • Enforcement Actions Each of Moriah and the Notes Collateral Agent agrees not to commence or take any Enforcement Action until an Enforcement Notice has been given by such Enforcing Party to the other Party. Subject to the foregoing, Moriah and the Notes Collateral Agent agree that during an Enforcement Period: (a) Moriah may, at its option, take and continue any Enforcement Action with respect to Moriah Senior Collateral and realize thereon, without the prior written consent of the Notes Collateral Agent, provided that during any Enforcement Period with respect to the Noteholder Senior Collateral, Moriah shall not commence or take any Enforcement Action or realize upon the Noteholder Senior Collateral without the Notes Collateral Agent's prior written consent. (b) Subject to the standstill period described in Section 2.3(e) below, the Notes Collateral Agent may, at its option, take and continue any Enforcement Action with respect to the Noteholder Senior Collateral and realize thereon without the prior written consent of Moriah, provided that during any Enforcement Period with respect to the Moriah Senior Collateral, the Notes Collateral Agent shall not commence or take any Enforcement Action or realize upon any of the Moriah Senior Collateral without Moriah's prior written consent. In furtherance and not in limitation of the foregoing, during an Enforcement Period, the Notes Collateral Agent shall not take any action to enforce its rights under the Lockbox Agreement, whether pursuant to Section 2 thereof or otherwise. (c) If both Moriah and the Notes Collateral Agent elect to proceed with Enforcement Actions, then each shall proceed with the Enforcement Action of any security interests in or liens on any Collateral in which it has a senior lien or security interest, as described in and provided by Section 2.1, without prejudice to the other Party to join in any proceedings. (d) Each Enforcing Party shall so notify the other Party at such time as the Enforcing Party's Claim is Paid in Full. (e) Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, but subject to the proviso at the end of this paragraph, the Notes Collateral Agent agrees that, during the first five (5) days of an Enforcement Period (the “Standstill Period”), it shall not take any action to realize on the Noteholder Senior Collateral, so as not to impair the collection by Moriah of Borrower’s outstanding accounts receivable during that period; provided, however, that the Notes Collateral Agent shall be entitled to take such action as it deems necessary in its sole discretion to (i) protect its secured position during the Standstill Period, (ii) protect its interest from claims or liens of third parties or governmental authorities, or (iii) preserve the Noteholder Senior Collateral from deterioration or diminishment.
