Panel Membership. The Panel will consist of three (3) Employer Panel members appointed by the Employer who have the authority to resolve the grievances, and three (3) Union Panel members appointed by the Union who have the authority to resolve the grievances. If the case involves an institution or facility that a Business Representative has been appointed to represent, or at which a Shop Xxxxxxx is employed, the representative may not serve as a Panel member during the hearing of that case. If the case involves an institution or facility where an Employer representative is employed/located, the Employer representative may not serve as a Panel member during the hearing of the case.

Panel Membership. The Local 804/UPS Grievance Panel shall have jurisdiction over all Teamster represented UPS facilities within Local 804’s jurisdiction. The Panel shall be composed of members or alternates representing the Union and members or alternates representing the Employer and the arbitrator. Any member of the Panel so designated by the Union or Employer who may die, resign, become incapacitated, or be removed may be replaced. Panel members, other than the arbitra- tor must be full time employees of the Union or the Employer. (a) The Co-Chair for the Union will be the Principal Officer of the Union, or his/her authorized alternate(s). (b) The Co-Chair for the Employer will be UPS East Region Labor Manager, or his/her authorized alternate(s). (c) The Co-Chairs will, after each Panel meeting, be responsible for preparing a written decision and any interpretation of each case heard by the Panel. Once finalized, the Administrator will forward copies of the same to the Co-Chairs of the Panel.
Panel Membership. The panel would be comprised of four (4) RTPA members and three (3) District administrators. RTPA members would receive an annual stipend of $3,600 for their Panel participation. During the first year of implementation, the Panel will: ● Participate in a 2-full days of Interest-Based Problem-Solving (IBPS) training. The panel will establish a reporting schedule in year two that, at a minimum, will provide the Governing Board and the Superintendent’s Cabinet and RTPA Executive Board with an annual report of progress. If the case involves an employee from a facility or an office where a staff representative has representational responsibility, the staff representative may not serve as a panel member during the hearing of the case. Union stewards who have represented the grievant on the case or are located in the same office as the grievant will not serve on the panel. Employer panel representatives will not serve on the cases involving facilities or offices where they are employed or located.
Panel Membership. 5.3.1 The Panel shall consist of the following representatives (the Panel Members) from the following categories:‌ (a) two Panel Members appointed by the Suppliers (the Supplier Members);‌ (b) two Panel Members appointed by the Green Deal Providers (the Green Deal Provider Members); and‌ (c) one Panel Member from the Oversight Body appointed by the Oversight Body (the‌ 5.3.2 Subject to Clauses 5.3.3 and 5.3.6, a Supplier Member appointed under Clause 5.3.1(a) shall be an employee of either one of the Suppliers, or an Affiliate of one of the Suppliers. 5.3.3 At least one Supplier Member shall be an employee of either one of the Suppliers that supplies electricity to non-domestic customers, or an Affiliate of that Supplier.‌ 5.3.4 Subject to Clauses 5.3.5 and 5.3.6, a Green Deal Provider Member appointed under Clause 5.3.1(b) shall be an employee of either one of the Green Deal Providers, or an Affiliate of one of the Green Deal Providers. 5.3.5 No more than one Green Deal Provider Member may be an employee of one of the Suppliers, or an Affiliate of one of the Suppliers.‌ 5.3.6 A person shall not be appointed as a Panel Member where it would result in the Panel having more than one Panel Member being employed by any one of a Party's group companies.‌ 5.3.7 No individual may simultaneously be appointed as the Panel Member or alternate for more than one of the categories under Clause 5.3.1.‌ 5.3.8 All the Panel Members except the Oversight Body Member shall be appointed under the election procedures set out in Clause 5.3.10. 5.3.9 Subject to giving [ten (10)] Working Day's prior Notice to the Panel Secretary, the Panel Member appointed by the Oversight Body under Clause 5.3.1(c) shall be the Oversight Body Member. 5.3.10 No later than [forty (40)] Working Days before 1st October in each year:‌ (a) each Supplier may propose to the Panel Secretary one candidate for election as a Supplier Member; and (b) each Green Deal Provider may propose to the Panel Secretary one candidate for election as a Green Deal Provider Member, and the Panel Secretary shall no later than [thirty (30)] Working Days before the relevant 1st October notify the list of candidates to each party. 5.3.11 Where there are more than two candidates for election as representatives under Clauses 5.3.1(a) or 5.3.1(b), the parties in the relevant category of party shall be invited by the Panel Secretary to cast votes for their favoured candidate by Notice to the Panel Secretary within ten (10) Workin...

Panel Membership. In order to qualify for membership, attorneys must be licensed to practice in Min- nesota, must provide proof of malpractice insurance, and must meet any relevant experience requirements, and pay the appropriate membership fees. • The attorney must self-validate that he or she is qualified to provide legal representation in the areas of law chosen as panels. Where there are no experience qualifications for a panel, the attorney must consider their own level of competency in congruence with MRPC Rule 1.1. • The MNLRIS membership year coincides with the bars’ fiscal year. Membership in MNLRIS for one year does not guarantee that membership will be accepted in subsequent years. Attorneys must apply to renew membership each year, and recertify that the attorney continues to meet experience requirements. • The application and subsequent renewal agreement forms serve as an agreement between the service and the attorney panel members. By applying for and renewing membership, attorneys agree to abide by the rules of the service. • Responsibilities under the agreement remain until all cases are closed irrespective of whether the attorney maintains an active membership. • Attorneys must disclose any public or private discipline against them during the prior two years by the Minnesota Supreme Court and/or Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board (LPRB). They also agree to allow the director access to any information on ethics proceeding during the current and two prior years. Copies of this authorization are sent to the LPRB each year for review.

When a TTOC is appointed to a committee referred to in Article A.5.1 and A.5.2 above, and the committee meets during normal instructional hours, the TTOC shall be paid pursuant to the provisions in each district respecting TTOC Pay and Benefits. A TTOC attending a “half day” meeting shall receive a half day’s pay. If the meeting extends past a “half day,” the TTOC shall receive a full day’s pay.

The Association shall not discriminate against, interfere with, restrain or coerce an employee from exercising the right to join or not to join the Association, and will not discriminate against any employee in the administration of this Agreement because of non- membership in the Association.
