APPOINTMENT AND COMMENCEMENT. 3.1. MultiChoice appoints the Supplier and the Supplier accepts such appointment to provide the Products and/or Services with effect of the date recorded on the Term Sheet (“Commencement Date”), on a non-exclusive basis, for the duration of the Term Sheet on the terms of this Agreement.

APPOINTMENT AND COMMENCEMENT. These terms set out the agreement between Wesleyan and the Supplier for the supply of Workers to Wesleyan. This Agreement shall commence on the date hereof and shall continue for a period of one year, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. For the purposes of the Conduct Regulations, the Supplier acts as an employment agency in relation to the Introduction of Permanent Workers and an employment business in relation to the supply of Temporary Workers pursuant to this Agreement.
