Permitted Fields definition

Permitted Fields shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.1(a)(i).
Permitted Fields means all fields of use other than the “Excluded Fields” as defined in Exhibit B attached hereto.
Permitted Fields means interventional cardiology, radiology, neurology and critical care.

  • Permitted Country means any country listed on Schedule 4 to the Participation Agreement.

  • Competitive Products shall include any product or service that directly or indirectly competes with, is substantially similar to, or serves as a reasonable substitute for, any product or service in research, development or design, or manufactured, produced, sold or distributed by the Company;

  • Assistive technology means the devices, aids, controls, supplies, or appliances described in OAR 411-300-0150 that are purchased to provide support for a child and replace the need for direct interventions to enable self-direction of care and maximize independence of the child.
