Appointment of Faculty Members. 7.01 The primary objective in recruiting is to develop the best possible teaching and research programmes for the University. 7.02 Appointments of Faculty Members shall be tenure-track, tenured, teaching term or regular term, as specified in Articles 11 and 23. The appointment of all Faculty Members except for any Faculty Members appointed to the Office of the Xxxx of Science as of July 1, 2011 shall be made to one (1) or more Academic Units and shall be made subject to the provisions of this Article unless otherwise specified in this Collective Agreement.
