The application shall include a curriculum vitae, teaching dossier, and other such documentation as the Member considers relevant, and shall be sent to the Department Chair (or equivalent). The Chair (or equivalent) shall forward the application, supportingdocumentation,and a copy of the Member's Official File to the appropriate Department (or equivalent) Appointment and Promotion Committee by November Constituted in accordancewith and under the procedures set out in the Committee shall base its recommendation upon the informationand documentation provided for in this clause and The Member shall be invited to appear before the Department (or equivalent) Appointment and Promotion Committee and to present any further evidence andlor supportinginformation, oral written, deems appropriate. The Department (or equivalent) Appointment and Promotion Committee shall request from the Memberany further informationitdeems necessary or relevant to make a recommendation. The Member shall have the right to be accompanied by a representativeof choice.
